First Clean Surcharge
Your first clean includes a one-off surcharge to cover the extra time required for an initial deep clean. The cost varies depending on the property size and your chosen cleaning frequency. We’ll explain everything clearly during sign-up.
Minimum pricing
Our minimum service rate is based on a 2/3-bedroom terraced house. This may also apply to flats, apartments, or properties where only the front is being cleaned. This is set at £20 inc vat.
Access Requirements
Unfortunately, we’re unable to take on properties where rear access is only available through the house, over a garage, or via long alleyways.

Town house & AWKWARD ACCESS PROPERTIES
- Townhouses and properties with complex or limited access—such as those requiring equipment to be carried through the property, up multiple levels, or where vehicle positioning is difficult—may incur additional charges.
- In some cases, use of a van mount or access equipment may be necessary.
- Pricing will reflect the extra time and effort involved and will be confirmed upon assessment.
Additional Services
- We offer a range of additional cleaning services including gutter vacuum clearing, pressure washing, fascia and gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, and conservatory cleaning. While starting prices are available for guidance, these types of jobs are typically quoted based on a survey—either in person or via tools like Google Earth—due to variations in access, size, and condition. This ensures you receive an accurate and fair price tailored to your property.
